About Organization

The project “Access to Justice” is being implemented through the Vipla Foundation to prevent and eliminate child trafficking, child marriage and child sexual exploitation. The project also provides justice and rehabilitation facilities to the victims. The project aims to support victims and strengthen protection mechanisms through community participation, community cooperation and advocacy. It also works to promote long-term recovery for children, women and victims.

Recruitment Notification

Social Worker is a sensitive and responsible position. This position is field based and will be committed to ensuring services like case management, victim rehabilitation, protection, justice etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prevention and community mobilization: Preventing child marriage, organizing camps, connecting vulnerable families with schemes, activating child welfare committees and conducting awareness campaigns.
• Case Management and Survivor Rehabilitation: Handling survivor cases, preparing rehabilitation plans, providing services such as counseling, shelter, education, legal aid, etc.
• Survivor Network Support: Peer education, advocacy, and leadership development among survivor groups.
• Coordination and stakeholder Engagement: Create a referral network with DWCD, DCPU, Labour Department, DLSA, Police, NGOs and shelter homes.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining case files, preparing reports, using M&E tools for effective tracking.
• Advocacy and Capacity Building: Conducting sensitization sessions, promoting child rights, gender sensitivity programs.

Additional Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of child laws (such as, JJ Act, POCSO, Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, Child Labour Act)
• Experience in field mobilization, community engagement, and case planning
• Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools

सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता हे सेन्सिटिव्ह आणि जबाबदारीचे पद आहे. हे पद क्षेत्रकार्यावर आधारित असून केस व्यवस्थापन, पीडित पुनर्वसन, संरक्षण, न्याय इत्यादी सेवा सुनिश्चित करण्यासाठी कटिबद्ध असेल.

भूमिका आणि जबाबदाऱ्या

• प्रतिबंध आणि समुदाय एकत्रीकरण: बालविवाह रोखणे, शिबिरे आयोजित करणे, असुरक्षित कुटुंबांना योजनांसोबत जोडणे, बाल कल्याण समित्या सक्रिय करणे आणि जागरूकता मोहिमा राबवणे.
• केस व्यवस्थापन आणि वाचलेल्यांचे पुनर्वसन: सर्व्हायव्हर केसेस हाताळणे, पुनर्वसन योजना तयार करणे, समुपदेशन, निवारा, शिक्षण, कायदेशीर मदत इत्यादी सेवा पुरवणे.
• वाचलेल्या पीडितांमध्ये सहसंबंध निर्माण करणे: वाचलेल्या पीडितांच्या गटांमध्ये समवयस्क शिक्षण, वकिली आणि नेतृत्व विकास करणे.
• समन्वय आणि भागधारकांचा सहभाग: जिमबा, DCPU, कामगार विभाग, DLSA, पोलिस, स्वयंसेवी संस्था आणि निवारा गृह सोबत रेफरल नेटवर्क तयार करणे.
• दस्तऐवजीकरण आणि अहवाल लेखन: केस फाइल्स सांभाळणे, अहवाल तयार करणे, प्रभावी ट्रॅकिंगसाठी M&E साधने वापरणे.
• वकिली आणि क्षमता बांधणी: संवेदनशीलता सत्रे आयोजित करणे, बाल हक्क, लिंग संवेदनशीलता कार्यक्रमांना प्रोत्साहन देणे.

इतर आवश्यक कौशल्य

• बाल कायद्यांचे उत्कृष्ट ज्ञान आवश्यक (जसे कि, जेजे कायदा, पॉक्सो, अनैतिक तस्करी प्रतिबंध कायदा, बाल कामगार कायदा)
• क्षेत्रीय गतिशीलता, समुदाय सहभाग आणि केस नियोजन मध्ये अनुभव
• मराठी आणि इंग्रजी भाषेत उत्कृष्ट संवाद कौशल्य
• एमएस ऑफिस आणि डिजिटल रिपोर्टिंग टूल्समध्ये प्रवीणता
